Will thyroid swell in early pregnancy if you have an existing thyroid condition?

I had radiation on my thyroid about 12 years ago and have been on medication ever since. I take 150 synthyroid once a day every day. My husband and I have been ttc for almost 2 years now with no success. We are both healthy according to all the test and the doctors, i am 26 he’s 31. I am now 5 days late with all negative hpt and have noticed my thyroid is swollen. I had my tsh checked 2 months ago and all was good, i get it checked every 3 months. I am always on time and my neck(thyroid) hasn’t been swollen like this since i was first diagnosed. Have any other women experienced a swollen thyroid in early pregnancy with a previous thyroid condition and on medication?
