dog condition !! PLEASE HELP!!?

i have a 10 year old labadore retriever who weighs 90-100 lbs. and has a low thyroid condition. ever sence i changed her diet at vets request, she is up ALL NIGHT peeing, could it be the thyroid medician doing this to her or does she just have a small bladder? HELP !!
