Do i have a thyroid problem?

I have all the symptoms of a thyroid disorder but all the blood tests have been negative.Is it possible they are wrong and i do have a thyroid problem?
The symptoms i have are as follows ,, Swolen neck and puffy face ,, very dry brittle hair and cracked nails ,, sleepy all the time ,, and depressed there are more but these are the main ones.
