Symptoms of high cholesterol and triglycerides?

My total cholesterol is 239, triglyecerides are 274, and LDL is 143. Can this condition make you FEEL like you have hypoglycemia? Why do I get shaky, sick, and feel like I am starving all of a sudden like my sugar is low when my blood sugar test turned out great? Do cholesterol and triglycerides give you the same kind of symptoms or is something else going on?
i am only 23 and i am getting ready to be treated for cholesterol with zocor if my dieting doesn’t bring these levels down within the next 3 months. i was just up late and wondering if this can make you feel like you have low blood sugar. or what are some symptoms that come with it because i can’t find them on the internet??
