Has anyone ever used the product Health Plus® Inc. Super Colon Cleanse® or anything like it? hows it work?

I’ve heard it can make you loose some weight and I’m looking for a easy way to loose about 10lbs. I can’t take OTC diet pills because they make me ill and I don’t really over-eat. If anyone has any ideas please help.. THanks
