Colon and bladder health question…?

Ever since I was 15 I’ve suffered with chronic constipation. Weight gain was caused by months of not going to the bathroom. Anyway, I’m 31 now. Between the ages of 28-30 maintained my weight at 120 ( I’m 5’6 so not bad). However, my body as of now has completely " shut down" I can no longer urinate or have bowel movements. In about 3 weeks I gained 20 pounds. I’ve recently switched jobs and my new insurance hasn’t kicked in so I can’t go to the doctor. Does anyone know what can be causing this? For the last 3 years I’ve been drinking 15 glasses of water a day and living mainly on Slim Fast.

    •Pastries and other high sugar products, such as cakes, cookies and pies,

    •Deep-fried foods, chips and other foods that are high in bad fats.

    If you body has really “completely " shut down"” you would not be on the internet and no one goes months without going to the bathroom.
    If you help in this section you need to be truthful however, we cannot help you as it is a mential health issue not one that has to do with cancer.
