backed up HELP, already doing a colon cleanse and its not working?

I feel like I might be backed up a bit, I am still going but not fully I don’t feel plus I feel something in my right lower side that feels hard so I am thinking I am backed up. I am also using a colon cleansing kit it helped yesterday a bit but not really today it is a gentle one though, also my abdomen has beenr really distended by the end of the days lately. Any ideas of how ot fix this. P.S. I have also gained 5 lbs in the past few days and not sure how that happenend.
