Anyone know some effective natural remedies for ADHD/ODD?
My son seems to be showing symptoms of these, but I will not medicate. I am starting him on fish oil today, and we will be seeing a therapist shortly. Any other suggestions such as herbal remedies for us to try? Thanks.
please don’t waste my time by telling me to give my kid meds like adderall or ritalin…these comments will be automatically ignored.
