anyone know of a good colon cleanse? ?

i’m looking for a good colon cleanse. I’ve tried Dr Natura already. Had a very weird and bad reaction to that. I don’t want something either that is going to make me run to the bathroom a zillion times a day or give me bad gas. Any suggestions? thanks.
