im depressed. for no reason really.!! well like im having problems with my boyfriend not major problems but hes just not as perfect as he used to be and i do blame myself. dumping him is not an option as it would make me sprial into a deeper depression i love him alot!! im very dependent on him though and i think this is my problem. i want to be a stronger women. first i need to get rid of my depression. my doctor advised me away from anti depressents bcuz they are addictive . is there any natural remedies?
The doctor gave me prescription-levels of salicylic acid, but it didn’t seem to help that much. It made my skin peel and the dermatitis patch was still there–it’s on my forehead.

I didn’t have this with my other births, so am not sure what to do. It can even sometimes be painful. Also, due to scratching I have slight dandruff, but I think the problem is more than that. I already take Vegan DHA that has improved my skin so much that I don’t have to use lotion daily in this Northern Virginia wintry weather. However, my scalp, even with me testing not washing everyday for two months, has not improved. I don’t wish to used Head and Shoulders or other medicated shampoos, but would prefer something that works from the inside out, like extra an extra vitamin or herb perhaps? Thank you!
okay so have been really stressed since school ahs started and have been getting about 3-5 hours of sleep on weekdays. 🙁 and my face has broken out completly. 🙁

Right now it’s cold and windy where I live, and my face is very dry, even though I use moisturizing cream, so I’d like to now if I can use anything else (natural, preferably!) to put on and help a bit because I feel like my face cracks when I smile or talk or whatever and it burns if I touch it.
