Stubborn eye sty – home remedy?

It’s a weird stye because I have no pain or itching or irritation whatsoever – just a bump on the tip of my bottom eye lid. The annoying part is that it won’t heal!

I had it for more than a month now…tried applying hot compress, washing, tea bags but almost no help from these methods 🙁

Any other remedies? Should I wait it out?
