Severely dry skin home remedy?

2 weeks ago i burnt one of my fingers on the top joint and then a couple of days later i cut the burn right down the middle.

Now the skin has become extremely dry and painful and the cut has opened up again. Im also a kitchen hand so i cant really wear gloves when washing dishes as i have to run food as well.

Is there any home remedies or products that are good to heal it asap?
