painful heartburn and indigestion. Natural remedies needed, Please! I'm in Pain!?

It’s my fault that I have it (drank some things over the weekend that were a little harsh on the tummy). I just need to know natural remedies to make it go away. My stomach and throat are on fire!! I threw-up 3 times in the past hour cause I can’t even burp.
I can’t use over the counter stuff like pepto, milk of mag, etc.
