Natural remedies for bad headaches/migraines?

I am currently being weened of Topomax after being on it for over a year for chronic migraines because I just can’t stand the side effects any longer. My head aches are already starting to come back.. I am under a doctors care but just wondering if anyone knows of or uses natural remedies to help headaches.. I want to try and avoid being on medication and would prefer something natural.
