so i get paranoid in a lot of things. so non of my family members (literally) have this condition. i have acne problems so these day i’ve been crying and very sad and scared to go out. but after my acne has improved (thanks god) i became more outgoing and always smiling and just feeling confident. but before since the day i began crying about my face, my hair started to fall but not a lot but my mom says its normal but as i said i get paranoid so i googled the cause of hairless in woman and i thought i might have thyroid problems and im really scared about it.

I went for my pre-conception check up yesterday and they told me my thyroid levels were low (had this problem 10 years ago when i was like 14)
anyone have the same issue? did you have trouble getting pregnant or are you ahving trouble? how does this affect you and pregnancy?

Shortly before being taken off of my parent’s insurance plan, I was diagnosed with a thyroid condition that requires expensive blood tests and regular office visits. I have applied for insurance through my job, and when reading the bylaws I noticed that it does not cover pre-existing conditions. Will my thyroid disorder be considered a pre-existing when I was diagnosed only a few months ago? Will I ever be able to get any kind of insurance coverage for this disorder now?

i had problems with thyroid before 2 years – then everything became good , and i didn’t took any medicine.
but now i\m under hard pressure and stress because soon final exams and you have to accept the result !!))

I went to get my yearly blood tests done and my Thyroid Peroxidase ABS (TPO) Level is 184 H normal range is 0-60. Should I be worried? What does this mean anyways? My doctor wasnt overly concerned… Any advice would be helpful! my TSH 3rd Generation was normal Free T3 NOrmal and Free T4 normal.

My diabetes is under control, but my Thyroid is low. How critical is my condition??

i’m a vegetarian with a thyroid condition which makes me gain weight. my diet includes lots of protein and fiber and I still cannot lose any weight.
I do eat eggs, milk, and cheese.
