I eat one meal a day.
Usally sandwiches or tacos plus a snack
early in the day,
Then i starve till the next day.
Is that bad?

I went to the doctors and they told me its normal but i wanted to know if there is any god remedies to drink that will help sooth it or cure it maybe alcohol drink what do you think?
