Baby Juice- Do you use it and do you know the damage it can do?

My dentist told me off a month ago when I told him I was giving my daughter baby juice. Apparently it can decay the baby’s teeth as they are coming through and was advised to only give water in the first year.

Do you use it and have you found it to have damaged your babies teeth?
