I have had a bad experience with vitamins and prescription drugs for just minor ailments and every day health.I have been introduced to several herbal products and they are o.k. but i would like a product developed in its more natural form,without additives or gluten,it must be fda approved and have no side effects does this product exist

I’ve been plagued with red eyes for years. Not sure if it’s allergies or just naturally dry eyes. Anyone have a natural cure? I don’t want to use drops (ie visine, etc) because of the rebound effect. I read somewhere about green tea and vitamin c and started doing that – but not sure if it will help. Any ideas??

im depressed. for no reason really.!! well like im having problems with my boyfriend not major problems but hes just not as perfect as he used to be and i do blame myself. dumping him is not an option as it would make me sprial into a deeper depression i love him alot!! im very dependent on him though and i think this is my problem. i want to be a stronger women. first i need to get rid of my depression. my doctor advised me away from anti depressents bcuz they are addictive . is there any natural remedies?
The doctor gave me prescription-levels of salicylic acid, but it didn’t seem to help that much. It made my skin peel and the dermatitis patch was still there–it’s on my forehead.
