ANy natural remedy for migraine menstruation?

Recently I have been suffering with migraine menstruation. It occurs 2 days before menstruating, during and 2 days after. I have tried taking extra strength tylenol but it doesn’t help. I would prefer natural remedy and not drugs. Please any advice.
