Use of a COLON?

The sentence I’m trying to determine whether I need a colon or not is:

"Marc, your Final Product touches on key points that are constantly in many managers’ minds throughout the business world, such as: workplace productivity and workers’ health."

I think there needs to be a colon between "as" and "workplace" because the second ("workplace productivity and workers’ health") clause further explains the first one. What do you guys think? Colon or no colon?
