thyroid condition, hormone problem what do you think?

I just called to schedule with an endrocronologist (spelling) and I’m not sure what’s wrong; just looking for opinions. I’m on YAZ which has made me depressed and feel like crap in the past. However, the last say 2 years, I’ve been beyond exhausted, I’m now getting bags sort of under my eyes (never had before) even though I sleep A LOT, I’ve had a little weight gain, nothing too much, I never want to do anything anymore, I feel emotionally out of control sometimes. My mom has an overactive thyroid sparking me to try this specialist, she said I have a lot of symptoms of a possible thyroid problem. Anyone know what it feels like exactly? Thanks for your input
