Can't sleep? Natural Health Remedy?

I have always been a light sleeper like my father. I can spend hours in bed just day dreaming and thinking of stuff, stressing, processing information, planning my weekly sched etc.

Sometimes my boyfriend just rolls around in bed fast sleep and I will just lay there restless.

It messes my sleep pattern up. I do get to sleep eventually but I am tired in the morning. Its hard for me to wake up.

I find a glass of wine at dinner or taking two advil once in a while before bed helps but I don’t want to use those either.

I don’t have time or patience to make any tea or take pills before bed. I don’t even want to see my doctor to just put me on prescription meds.

What can I do? The most natural way of getting some sleep and relaxing.
