In my opinion, every time the higher quality produce is going to be the one with the least amount of pesticides and chemicals, whether that is organically grown or not. Ultimately though, you just have to make an intelligent decision based on living in the real world and what is best for you at the time. Go for the highest quality produce when you can, but don't stress out when it's just not available.
