What are the ingredients present in acai berry colon cleanse?

I’m in a contest with my husband. He has always been overweight, and I recently became overweight with the birth of our third child. (all born within a 3-year period.) The contest ends on January 1st (and we hope that the weight lost by then will be motivating enough to keep us going.) and I heard that colon cleaning can be a great kickstart to any diet.

We’re doing this all natural with a change of diet and exercise. No pills involved except for Colon cleansing. So I’m wondering what I can buy at GNC or some other drug or health food store.

I feel like I might be backed up a bit, I am still going but not fully I don’t feel plus I feel something in my right lower side that feels hard so I am thinking I am backed up. I am also using a colon cleansing kit it helped yesterday a bit but not really today it is a gentle one though, also my abdomen has beenr really distended by the end of the days lately. Any ideas of how ot fix this. P.S. I have also gained 5 lbs in the past few days and not sure how that happenend.

I’m 18 and I have major constipation that’s been going on for about two months on and off. Its like when I try to go to the bathroom it feels like somethings blocking my waste. I’m color blind so I can’t tell if theres bright red blood in my stool but I asked a parent and they said there was no blood. There is mucus in there though. My stools vary from medium sized droplets or kind of thin. I haven’t had a regular bowl movement in a while. I’m not having much pain though. My diet is kinda horrible. I might eat a vegetable once every 3 weeks or so. I’ve also notices I’ve lost weight the past 2 months. About 4 or 5 pounds. My mothers hard to convince so idk do I need to make her take me to the doctor?

I recently got a massage and was told that I am holding a lot of anger in my liver and should do both a Liver and a Colon Cleanse to release the emotions. I’ve never done a cleanse.
