Health experts advice, please?

I’m wondering if it’s safe for a sixteen year old to try the colon cleanse.

I’ve done research on how it works but I’m still not sure if it’s safe. I’ve been -ahem-…. holding in gas a lot and I’ve always had these bloated feelings. It’s really uncomfortable to have that "full" feeling.

What are some home remedies? How long should a colon cleanse last? If there are any suggestions, please answer <3

Thanks

Is it okay to take natural vitamins/herbals for health conditions?

especially for asthma? There are many drugs on the market which "boost" the immune system, however, asthma itself you take drugs which lower the immune system a tad bit,….so I’m not sure if that would cancel the effects of the prescription drugs.

And I don’t mean serious conditions but if you want to lower your cholesterol, treat asthma to a degree, be in better overall health, like take Immune System improvement drugs, whole foods, whole food vitamins and the such,?

natural remedies ? help por favor? anxiety attacks.?

Alright, I have a feeling that I had an anxiety attack 2 weeks ago.
I had this dizzy feeling, an my heart started to beat fast.
I was with my mom, Im 12.
I lied down on the bed, and drank water and felt better after 6-7 minutes
Well, the doctor didn’t know what I was having since it was only the first day, I am overweight, I weighed 68 kilos, and I am 5foot.
Though the day after I started losing weight, eating healthy.
I had another anxiety attack a few days after.
The 2 weeks are up, I haven’t had an anxiety attack in a while.
Though, I still have shortness of breath, and chest pain, and abit of numbness. I used to weigh 68, now I weigh 65.
If I continue losing weight, stayin healthy, and calm the heck down will thes ephysical symptoms go away? are there any natural treatments?
or do I need medical treatment?
People with experience said they didn’t need it, and used natural remedies to heal it.
Though I don’t know those natural remedies.

High cholesterol, blood test error?

I took a fasting blood test last Thursday.

However, about four hours prior to the blood test, I ate a sugary peanut-butter granola bar.

My results are in, everything is normal, but my bad cholesterol is at 136. How bad is this? Can I blame it on a granola bar (it would help!)?

I am 18, nonsmoking.
Height weight proportionate.

At home anxiety remedies?

I’ve been having really bad panic attacks because of school and stress & I need a good at home anxiety remedy. I’ve tried deep breathing and drinking tea but it’s not helping and I’m breathing so quickly and crying I just need help. Thanks guys.

Dog has Low thyroid – serious answers only please?

My father’s dog has a mild Low Thyroid condition. He has not put her on medication, as per the vets request. What is Low Thyroid and how dangerous is it?
My father is not giving her the meds because he says that she won’t take them – she spits them out and he don’t want to force her. He’s tried hiding them in food, but that don’t work either. If it were my dog, one way or the other, I’d get ’em down!
She is a Shepherd/Husky X and is 12 years old.
SORRY TO ALL! My mistake…I should have been more clear…the vet DID recommend meds, but my dad isn’t giving them to her.
