Natural remedies for menstrual cramps during work?

I’m 25 and never had a job. I’m trying to find a job right now, but when that time of the month comes around I wonder what I would do if I had to work on the days I was menstruating, since right now I can just sit at home and deal with it in private and comfort of my home because I don’t have anywhere to be. I haven’t used tampons in over a year, and I don’t plan on ever using them again, and pads are horribly inefficient and dirty. I heard of the Diva Cup, and I want to get one of those. But what do I do about cramps? My cramps rarely get super bad, and I don’t always cramp with every period, but when I do cramp all I want to do is lay around and not move. I don’t like taking pain medications and prefer to deal with things in a natural, non-intrusive way. What could I do for cramps, if the occasion arises I have to deal with such, in a work environment? Some kind of tea? Some kind of mild exercise I could do in place while working at the same time, like with my abdomen or something? One of those heating pad things that stick to your body or wrap around and wear? A topical ointment or oil? Aromatherapy? Anything?

I have a cholesterol question..?

Alright, I had a blood test two weeks ago for a medicine I am on and the doctor said my cholesterol is a little high (it is at 171). I was wondering where I can get a chart to see what an ideal cholesterol is for my age.. I’m 17 years old, 6’1", and 220lbs, and male, if it matters. If anyone can provide a chart or give me an ideal rating, it would be much appreciated..

Know any natural remedies for poor circulation in the hands?

I believe I have poor circulation in my hands, they are often cold and sometimes stiff and numb when other people’s aren’t. It isn’t a big deal yet, and it only happens every once in a while. Anyway, know any natural remedies for helping with this?

I once heard that you can dip your hands in extremely cold water and leave them there for a while, and then dip them in extremely hot water and leave them there and that is supposed to help. Could this work?

do i have a thyroid condition? am I going crazy? will I be baren? not a repost just trying new section?

to get answers
Back in April when having a physical for my new job the on site physician found an enlargement of my thyroid, after having and ultrasound and biopsy it was diagnosed as a nodule. i always thought that meant just a goiter, an enlargement of the thyroid gland, after all of the panic of thinking at 22 years of age i had cancer, things went back to normal when i found out everything was fine. since then matter of a fact during the last 3-4 months I have been having the following symptoms: dizziness, light headed, vertigo, nausea, tightness in my throat (that may not be related to the other symptoms.) and also tightness in the back upper left corner of my neck. that last one might not be related to the others either though. i have started searching for symptoms online and i have come up with a few but it seems that they are all pointing back to a thyroid condition… the only thing i cant figure out is after the biopsy the dr. just told me to have an ultrasound every year…
if the dr didnt find anything in the biopsy then i should have no reason to be on meds right? or maybe something else has happened since then im really worried can you help i also read a thyroid condition can make you barren? my husband and i have been talking about children adn i dont know what i would do if I couldnt have one. I feel like im going crazy please help is there anyone else that feels like this???????
