Also, what is "unspecified" fats?

I suffer from anxiety very single day.I’ve been on anti depressants which have made me get panic attacks.MY heart rate seems to be beating soooooo fast i get a stabbing pain in my head and feel overwhelmed.i am currently seeing a psychiatrist but need any herbal remedies that can help.as.Im too frightened to.try an antidepressant again.Your help would be greatly appreciated.
I’ve been prescribed pain medication 10/500’s,and recently 10/325 hydrocodone’s for almost 15 months.My bowel movements are very limited a week,3-5 times a week if that,and they are painful. I can feel that im not "going" enough for the amount of food im bringing in during my day.breakfast,lunch,snacks,dinner,then the next day,etc and i may have a bowel movement of normal size that next day..which doesnt feel or sound right.Ive had diahrea maybe two or three times in the past year. ( also,is it possible to do damage to your colon/intestines/etc by being too constipated for so long? Can you die? I’m only 22,and already know im hurting my liver(idont plan on being on this medication long) but regardless,I want to change my life around with my organ care and health)
Ive been looking into Colon clenz and see almost nothing but positive reviews..
Ive tried Duralax stool softeners and laxatives,they work,but i have taken one of the pills,and didnt have a bowel movement the next day like the box says you should,it was no different just another normal bowel movement the next day like i never took anything)
