What are the best herbal remedies for anxiety?

I suffer from social and general anxiety and panic attacks. I recently got a really great job offer but it’s very intimidating for me and I want to be able to be calm and relaxed during my first week so that I can concentrate on what I’m learning. I’ve heard mixed things about kava, but don’t know much about anyone’s actual experience with it.

What in your opinion are the best herbal supplements to ease anxiety and strengthen mental clarity? Pros and cons of ones you’ve tried would be great. Thanks in advance!

whats wrong with me? thyroid? pcos?

ok so i have all the symptoms of PCOS like acne, gaining weight, irregular periods and even getting hairy :0 i know i just want to cry 🙁 anyway i got my ovaries checked and my hormones checked and it all came out totally normal.
What else can be causing this? thyroid maybe?

Cholesterol problem?

Dear Friend, i have Cholesterol problem because of my food style, no way to avoid oil and fat food. When i visit Doctor he advice me to avoid junk food and oil foods, and he gave to me medicine after check up my ECG and Cholesterol report.

my Question is when i take that medicine continuously 7 times per month in 7 days my cholesterol come to normal, remaining 23 days I am not taking medicine. Next month when I go to cholesterol check up,if increases I take medicine again like this. If cholesterol normal I am not taking medicine.

I am taking medicine depends upon my cholesterol level. Not daily basis. If I take drug like this is any other problem will come or can I continue taking medicine like this, please advice to me

i cannot ask this question from my doctor beacuse i am living in other country i donot have his number.

Health Question!!???!?

So im 14 and about 140 pounds … I was wondering i get about 8 hours of sleep and i dont eat breakfast well for one i am like always hungry i eat meal after meaall … If i ate breakfast would it help my hunger issues? & 2. i am like always tired no matter how much i sleep im still tired? Is there anything i can do to make that better? and 3. Is there any way i can lose weight really? because i have gym and it doesnt seem to be doing much .. thanks guys 🙂

Could I have Thyroid Disease?

Hey there :]
So, my name is Danielle and I am sixteen years old. I am VERY overweight and have been most of my life. I would say genetics, BUT try as I might I cannot lose weight! The more I try to lose weight, it seems like the more I gain.
My friend is studying to become a CNA and she said I should go to my doctor and see if I have a problem with my thyroid. I honestly didn’t even know what a thyroid was, or what it did until I started doing some research.

-I have depression, but that could be because of genetics also.
-I normally am very tired/sluggish unless I get 12+ hours of sleep.
-My periods are very irregular
-I have a poor memory
-And I have a lot of trouble concentrating in school.
I am going to go to the doctor soon because I am due for a check up, and I am going to ask him about this, but I like getting ya’ll’s answers too. :]

and weigh about 140
and my cholesterol is 212
the doc said to switch to 1% milk and not to eat to much fast food
besides that what else can i do to get my cholesterol back down to a safe number and what is a safe number for me to be at thnx
