what should i have for breakfast?
usually for breakfast I have around 500 caloires, made up of a glass of organce juice, two slices of wholemeal toast and a bowl of ceral.
I am going to a large meal tomorow, where I have will have a 5 course meal, plus a large afternnon tea.
I am thinking of what to cut back fo rbreakfast!
What should I have?
Just the juice and the toast! you have to eat something to kick start your metabolism.
