Hot bath or a hot water bottle on your abdomen or lower back and some pain killers, works every time with me.

Take a pillow and fold it. Now lay it under your stomach or on the side and take a bottle…fill it with hot water and lay it right on/under your stomach and I kid you not..good enough to go to sleep. Pillows and HOT WATER are best friends of every woman I know! And it never hurts to drink plenty of water and eat hot food. ^_^ or believe it or not try being active and move through the pain…pretty soon it’ll go away but *whispers* I dont do that, I do the pillow and water lol.
