Does natural remedies really help with breast lifting?

I’m interested in natural ways to lift and firm my very large boobs. Even if I can have the illusion of it. I’ve be very happy. Anyways I heard that using natural herbal supplements, breast massaging, exercising can all help with this..What are your thoughts?

    Breast massage as a method of natural breast enlargement and breast health has actually been used for years as a means of stimulating healthy breast growth and promoting breast tone, pliability and firmness.

    Breast massage is one of the best ways to help create a more beautiful bustline by helping to shape, tone and promote growth of the breast and the area surrounding the breast.
    By massaging the breasts on a regular basis, many ladies have claimed it has enhanced the shape, size and overall attractiveness of their breast.

    Here are some guidelines for breast massage you may want to follow:

    1.) Use Olive Oil or any other cream of your choice to help prevent friction and increase the enjoyment and relaxation of the massage for a more pleasurable and therapeutic experience. This can be an herbal mixture – there are some good ones out there that really do help to promote firmess and breast tone, while creating a larger and more rounded look.

    2.) Light to moderate massaging using a gentle back and forth gentle “swishing” action is best. This can be in a counterclockwise circle around the breast to help promote maximum lymphatic drainage.

    3.) To gain maximum benefit and therapeutic effects, breast massage should be practiced daily, as part of a routine – perhaps when fresh out of the shower, since the skin is still somewhat moist and the room may still be steamy, for a smoother massage which may be more easily lubricated since there will still be moisture in the air. If you prefer, even several times a day can be a great benefit. It depends on what fits into your schedule. A few minutes at a time should suffice.

    For really big boobs the answer is No. No amount of exercises or much else will stop what gravity has started. You will droop and its natural, but the amount of droop in you breast can be reduced with wearing the right bra for your size and adjusting it to help lift your breast to prevent sag. Some women do lift weights (does not have to be alot) to firm breast up. My wife even just lifts our wooden dining room chair to help firm up her breast and they have stayed very nice, but she also wears a bra which fits and lifts & separates. My wife says that most women don’t wear the right size bra, but usually wear one that is much to small. Good luck and hope it helps.

    Honestly, don’t waste your money. No massage or cream or pill is going to change the shape of large natural breasts – that’s a fact, despite what others may choose to believe or want you to believe. I don’t know what size you are, but my ex is a 34F so I do understand the issue.

    She read a study that found wearing a bra too much can increase sagging. Breasts are supported by ligaments, and like any ligaments in the body if they are never used (to support the breasts, because there’s always a bra), they will atrophy (weaken). Woman in this study found that after not wearing a bra for a period of months they reported a more lifted appearance, and also reduced breast pain. The logic is that the weight of the breasts causes the ligments to work, and so strengthens them. I can only say she believes this to help her, and she is still in very good shape today, even after one child. I would encourage you to give it a try – clearly you can’t never wear a bra, but wear one only when you really need to and see how you get along. Also try some cardio exercise to tome your body generally – running is the best but if you can’t do that (and in winter I can’t blame you!), try jump rope and/or a workout DVD, both of which you can do at home.

    One other thing – do remember that even if your boobs do sag a bit it’s not the end of the world – it’s the natural shape of larger natural breasts and can still be very attractive and sexy. In fact it is often all part of their charm, so don’t let them get you down! 🙂 Be proud of your curves whether or not they perk up – I’m sure they’re fab either way! Stay smiley! 🙂
