• why don’t u just be a vegetarian?? cuz plants don’t have cholesterol..u can cook ur veges in any way without worrying about the cholesterol..and use olive oil or canola oil if u have to use oil in ur cooking bcuz they help to reduce bad cholesterol in ur blood..
