Hi, I helped a good friend a while ago do some research on tummy ulcers. i found a miracle in a jar, known as Manuka honey. it is widely available on the net and in Holland and Barrett. Its basically a very special honey from New Zealand , that contains its own narurally occurring anti bacterial properties that is particularly powerful in fighting the bacteria causing your problem and it is available in various strengths. The higher strenght the more effective ( umf 16+). There is lots of info out there on it if you want to look first. it is taken daily a few teaspoons each day. It is better taken with bread as it stays in the tummy longer and without a drink so as not to dilute it so it is not much use in warm drinks etc. my friend started using it after having problematic ulcers for months causung really bad pain. within a few weeks it was much improved over months completely gone. He does however still regularly take it. it really is known world wide for its amazing healing properties for an assortment of ailments including wound healing and even protecting against the common cold. Ive been told it has a sort of earthy or flowery taste. maybe not the best tasting honey but it is a recommended and proven cure for your stomach ulcers and it is a natural remedy as opposed to nasty tablets that in turn build up in your system and often add to existing problems. please give it a go it will not cure you over night in a flash but given a few weeks im sure you will notice a difference.
Goats milk is good for stomach ulcers. It is more PH balanced for humans and it will help neutralize acid in your stomach. Some veggies and fruits can irritate your stomach especially ones like oranges and grapefruits the acid in the citrus hurts your stomach. If you can take papaya chewables they help too. Vit. A also helps.
