Natural supplements? Weight loss and better health?
I had a baby 5 months ago and need to lose about 15 pounds. I eat pretty healthy (not a calorie counter – don’t have time!) I go to the gym 4-5 days per week. I haven’t really seen any improvements in my weight or energy level. I would like to know if there are any supplements I can take to better my health and help with weight lose. Im not interested in taking "miracle diet pills" they don’t work! I’ve heard of Omega3 and CLA – any input?
