want to do a colon cleanse, but dont know whats a good product….?

hi all – wanted to get some feedback on some colon cleanse products. i want to do a cleanse but i would hate to just throw money away on a product that doesn’t really do the job.
anyone tried one in particular or know of one that’s is worth trying ?
