Remedies to help calm yourself?
I’ve recently been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I’ve had a lot of panic attacks and I’m almost always nervous. I have tried slow breathing, counting backwards, going for walks and nothing has helped my nerves. Have you experienced this? What helps you through it?
Keep in mind I live in PA and its a little chilly to do things outside. :p Thanks!

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
