Natural treatments for Bacterial vaginosis?

I am 4 weeks pregnant and have Bacterial vaginosis.

My doctor prescribed me an antibioti called METRONIDAZOLE.

I stopped taking any medicine at all about 2 years ago.

I only use homeopathic remedies.

I def dont want to take anything while pregnant and in my first trimester but i also dont want to let the infection get any worse as it can cause preterm labor later in my pregnancy.

Please help. Natural remedies? or any other advice? I am a very natural way of living type of girl…………natural birth..no medicine…not even a tylenol
I am also concerned about my breast milk being affected as i am currently breastfeeding my 9 1/2 ,month old
will the meds affect my breastmilk
