  • A lot of our hormones are require cholesterol to be synthesized. You can restrict all the cholesterol you want, but your body naturally produces cholesterol. However, limiting your cholesterol intake is very beneficial to your current and future health. So yes, cholesterol is necessary for human life, but it is healthy to limit its intake.

  • It is important because it is a part of the membrane structure of every single cell in our body but it doesn’t mean that we have to take a lot of fatty products because we all have the cholesterol in amounts that permit every time it is needed for sth to release it in the blood stream from the fat tissues.

    # Cholesterol plays a role in hormones reaching your brain;

    Cholesterol is restricted because beyond a certain level, it plays mischief with blood vessels. But you can’t live without the normal quantity.
