Is this a healthy breakfast smoothie?
Half banana
3 strawberries
1 tablespoon blueberries
1 tablespoon flax seed
2 tablespoon fat free greek yogurt
Handful kale
Handful baby spinach
100ml orange juice
50ml water
I find it is easier to digest a smoothie for breakfast – i cant eat a large amount for breakfast
Plus i can pack alot more nutrients into a smoothie
is this a healthy mix?
Again, skip the orange juice and use a real orange instead. Lots of preservatives and sugar in juices.

there are definitely a lot of nutrients i dont know how big the smoothie is after its all made but it seems like it may be a big serving?
