what should i have for breakfast?

usually for breakfast I have around 500 caloires, made up of a glass of organce juice, two slices of wholemeal toast and a bowl of ceral.

I am going to a large meal tomorow, where I have will have a 5 course meal, plus a large afternnon tea.

I am thinking of what to cut back fo rbreakfast!

What should I have?

    you can eat whatever you want. Based on Mike Geary program, we can eat everyday food like whole eggs, meats, full-fat milk, butter, any and all nuts, avocados, and more delicious foods without worry of getting fat

    porridge. Or banana with orange juice/grape fuit and an apple. Something with energy release
