My experience is with the Colonix colon cleanse product by http://www.drnatura.com

The cleanse with this product caused a major turn around in my health. I had tried a few other product with not near the results. It was my husband that found this product and encouraged me to try it.

The customer service is stellar, they are available 7 days a week to answer your questions. This company has been around for over 10 years. It is a safe and effective and well proven product.

I have had many people do their cleanse with much benefit.

I was so impressed and grateful to the company that I created a website to share my details with this product. I hope this information will help others looking to get healther too http://www.healthbanquet.com/colon-cleanse.html

There are many poor products on the market. Take your time and do your research and go with the product that seems right for you. If you do a colon cleanse, and don’t experience much improvement, you can always try a different brand.

I thank God I tried Colonix, because if I had not, I would have thought there was nothing to this colon cleansing business and how wrong I would have been…

I think you’re doing something that simply should not be done.

Eat a healthy diet. Keep your stress down. And don’t take any dietary supplements unless you’ve carefully researched them or they are recommended by a doctor.

Master cleanse. I don’t have the link right now, but it is the lemonade fast.
    Lemonade Recipe
For at least 10 days, drink around 10 servings/day of the following:
•2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice not bottled!
•2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) organic Grade B maple syrup,
•1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper (hot red pepper), and
•1 Cup (8 fluid ounces) purified or spring water

    Salt-Water Flush Recipe
Upon rising drink a mixture of:
•2 level teaspoons of uniodized sea salt to a…
    •quart of lukewarm water
Herbal Laxative Tea (most grocery stores)
Each evening drink an herbal laxative tea right before bed.
Do that for at least ten days for a complete intestinal cleanse.

If you don’t want to uh, stick an enema up your ass, then I suggest this:

Drink nothing but water for a whole day, no eating.

The next 3-5 days, eat nothing but vegetables.

I did that, and I didn’t take a crap for like a day and a half. Then I took a MASSIVE dump. After that, I go to the bathroom like once every day or two, and they’re all clean, one or two wipes and you’re on your way!

I used a product called Colon Clean and it helped me to drop about 43 pounds in 3 months. The important part is to find a colon cleanse product or recipe that includes a probiotic supplement – just doing a straight cleanse will wipe out the beneficial bacteria in your intestines which can lead to some serious health problems.

I think the company I used is still offering free products on a trial pack, so you could try it for free and see if it works for you. There’s a link on my blog – http://www.sarasweightloss.org – if you’re interested.

Eat chilli beans, lentils and other legumes.
    Don’t eat crap.
Other than that if you want get a normal enema bag, some hot soapy water, and go to town.

Highly recommend this product, I have done it before, and lost 10 pounds of junk (if you know what I mean). Cleansing is a great way to clean out the system, and I will tell you, I felt like a million bucks afterward. I highly recommend that you do it. Here is the website I was referring too!

  • The best way is the natural way.

    1. Fiber-rich foods are good "cleaners". (e.g green leafy veggies)
2, Drink lots of water like our parents used to say. It helps in flushing.

When we eliminate (through perspiration, urination, defecation) on a regular basis then it is a good sign. The body is able to excrete wastes…wastes when not eliminated can be harmful to one’s body.

Different types of procedures for colon cleansing are helpful too. For example, before surgeries/operations you need to have an empty stomach. Although some doctors will only order NPO (nothing taken by mouth) prior to surgery, others will order an enema for a complete emptying especially on the colon. OR tables are sterile. With anesthesia induced, all muscles relaxes (including colons). If you have something in there then it’ll ooze out (was that the right term?), thus contaminating the table and everything.
