Poll: Are protein shakes & weight gainers bad for our teeth??

I use problab & large which contains 28g of suger per serving twice a day 48g per day & 288g per week & plus the other rubbish we consume.

    Yes that is bad for your teeth. Make sure you use a straw or you may end up with fillings.

    My dentist said you may only have juice once a day to keep teeth healthy. Your protein drink has a lot more sugar in it than juice.

    That much sugar is bad for teeth, bad for blood pressure, kidneys etc could lead to diabetes I would imagine

    Get the low carb low fat ones.
