  • I’ve never heard of high cholesterol causing any symptoms at all.
    But there are conditions that cause high cholesterol that can cause you to feel tired.
    One of them is hypothyroidism (and sleep apnea is often associated with hypothyroidism; SA can cause your symptoms).
    Insulin resistance is another.
    Another culprit could be your bp med (tiredness is a very common side effect of bp meds). Also, certain bp meds can actually raise cholesterol, such as beta blockers.

    Indirectly yes. Cholesterol is responsible for high blood pressure; drugs which lower blood pressure and cholesterol lowering drugs make a person feel tired. These are some of their side effects.
