What type of fluid should I take?

I drink enough fluids each day, but the vast majority is from dilutant juice – Robinsons and similar products. I also get fluids from milk in my cereal. I am wondering how healthy these mixing juices are and if I was to change to something else what should I change to?
I find it difficult to drink plain water without anything in it, but I’m open to other suggestions.

  • Most any liquid juice is fine. Sugar is the thing to avoid. You only need so much sugar. If you don’t like the taste of water, try putting lemon juice in it. I’ve saved thousands of dollars over the years by ordering water with my meals. Plus water is better than soft drinks and or tea to me.
