Why do I have cellulite on my thighs even though I am not overweight and I exercise a lot?

Plus how can I get rid of it?
Plus I drink a lot of water, don’t consume alcohole or caffine and eat a healthy vegan diet.

    from now on start drinking ONLY water and organic cranberry juice and cut back a little on calories and EXCERCISE this is on of the many ways to get rrid of cellulite without going under the knife
