Thyroid Problem, How can I get help?

I am a 27 yr old. about 5′ 7" and weight 205. I been weight training for just about all my life. Just recently I did a 14 week FAT LOSS PROGRAM. I was eating about 1800 I lost nothing. My conditioning is now great. I am starting to believe its a Thyroid issue. My delema is that I don’t have medical insurance. I don’t make alot of money to cover it on my own.
Any suggestions on How and/or Where I can get some help to address this.

  • Ok here it is if it’s a thyroid issue see a docter but let me tell you it will take a lot of blood tests to discover if you really have it cause its very hard condition to diagnose it runs in my family. My dad it took him 3 years to get diagnosed and get medication to help him lose the wieght from his thyroid.

First you must get more Iodine in your diet, from certain vegetation and from fish.

Iodine is vital for endocrine and general thyroid function and metabolic stability.

Also you should take note of the Glycaemic Index (GI) of your foods. Aim for a low GI so as not to create spikes ad dips in your metabolism.

Unfortunately beyond that, you will need to see a physician.
