eating grapefruit and lemon juice every day?

would it help to lose weight quicker plus excercise and healthy food than just being on a normal diet where you just eat healthy food and excercise thanks also do you know any good excercise of getting rid of belly fat its just im going on holiday 3 rd september would like to lose 1 and a half stone if i keep at it do u think i could do it thanks again x

    Yes that will help a lot! If you notice your getting hungry drink 1/2 cup water with lemon (1/2 lemon)
    Try not to eat anything white (rice, flour, bread, pasta, ETC.) and don’t drink your calories. Drink only water.
    If your really deturmined, don’t eat after 4:00 PM because by that time of day you start to burn less calories. If you don’t eat past 4:00 PM you will lose weight very quickly.

    if you are on any kind of medication, you should talk to your doctor befor eating grapefruit. because it can make you absorb too much of the medication.

    It is not help quickly. You need supplement for more quick your weight loss.
