    Actually, studies have proven that eating avocados reduces high cholesterol. Contrary to popular belief-avacados are full of the "good" cholesterol (mayonnaise isn’t). Eating avocados may actually be beneficial to raise your "good" cholesterol levels warding off heart disease.

    Two avocados a week is a good choice. It’s not overdoing it. Some cardiologists and dietitians recommend 1/4 of one a day. I love avocados as well as was happy to see that they are actually good for you!!

    Avocado is extremely fatty. Its like natures mayonnaise.
    Just watch how much you eat of it. Maybe swap it with another favorite snack for the day.
