what is the most effective natural remedy for anxiety and depression?

I suffer from anxiety and depression and don’t want to use any syntetic medicin. does anybody knows what would be the most effective natural remedy for anxiety and deppresion?

    Using vitamins and good source of Omega 3’s are both good vit B complex particularly but not exclusively, good diet of leafy greens, % of raw foods and less processed foods will all help.

    Having too water so you are hydrated even will be helpful.

    Distilled water with 1/4 tsp of Celtic salt per quart and shaken will be helpful.

    Also a sufferer. Vitamin B complex possibly injected. Essential fatty acids. Excercise. And the best book on depression and anxiety is called Feeling Good the new mood therapy by Dr David D Burns. It is based on cognitive therapy. Its practical, not new agey emotional crap. I’ve read a lot of books on the subject. This one is the best. Actually, look up cognitive therapy on the net to get an idea of it.
    BUT I was very against medication for years and had so many crap Drs I was losing hope. I finally found a fantastic Psychiastrist who diagnosed me with Bi polar 2. It has many of the same symptoms of depression and anxiety and I decided at last to try medication. He monitered me very closely and increased my dosage very slowly. I do feel better now we are working on my issues. If the above does not work at least see a psychologist or psychiatrist. They can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do but you never know. Sometimes it feels hopeless but keep fighting.

    Try these 3 steps. Seriously, it works and involves no medication of hospital visits.

    Okay…

    The first step is to stop fighting your panic attacks. This is an important step, though not an easy one. How do you do this?
