    The best way to lower cholesterol is exercise and refrain from eating greasy foods. Exercise increases HDL (good cholesterol) and decreases LDL (bad cholesterol) in your blood. You should do 30 mins a day of aerobic exercise like running, biking, or swimming. Foods high in cholesterol is an obvious one. Refrain from eating too much butter and ice cream and greasy things. You’re 14, don’t worry too much. And don’t take any cholesterol lowering drugs. You’re young and you don’t need those.

    3. avoid fried food, high fat food (especially the ones high in trans fat),
    mayonaise is also bad for you
    4. eat oatmeal, berries, almonds, walnuts, fish, (no shrimp though, shrimp is high in cholesterol unfortunately), etc

    Exercise really helps to lower cholesterol. It’s great for you cholesterol, hearth, blood pressure, everything! 🙂
